Stephen W. Forbess, DC, DACBN, CCN, BS
Stephen W. Forbess, BS, DC, DABCN, CCN is a board licensed Chiropractic
Physician, by the Florida Board of Chiropractic Medicine. He earned his
doctorate in Chiropractic at Life University in Marietta, Georgia. He has
been in practice in Florida since 1985. Dr. Forbess founded Stirling-West
Chiropractic in 1986.
Dr. Forbess has been active with his local & state
chiropractic associations. He was voted Chiropractor of the Year in 1996,
was elected & served as President of the Broward County Chiropractic
Society in 2000. He has also served as President-elect, Treasurer, &
Director of
the local society. He is an active Committee member of the Massage Therapy Board
of the Broward County Public Schools.
In the years since he was licensed, Dr. Forbess has attended
over 100 educational seminars, is a certified surgeon for the Manipulation under
Anesthesia procedure, certified in Whiplash injuries, & has advanced
certification in CPR.
Dr. Forbess is a member of the American
Chiropractic Association (ACA), International Association of Certified
Clinical Nutritionists (IAACN), American Chiropractic Board of Nutrition (ACBN),
Florida Chiropractic Association (FCA), FCA Council on Orthopedics.
Community Involvement
Dr. Forbess is always active with his community. He educates
the public, being invited to various organizations to speak on chiropractic
& nutrition.

is a member of Friends of Southwest Broward, secretary of
Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship, & has served actively on the board of
