Chiropractic Care

Dr. Forbess treats infants like no other group.  When a problem is found, they require the lightest force adjustment of all other groups.  He will either use his hands or a light force instrument, called the Activator, to adjust the infant.  Dr. Forbess performs a careful examination, and if necessary, an adjustment. 

Does Dr. Forbess adjust every infant or Newborn?  No. Parents bring in their infant or child for a checkup, with or without symptoms, and in this group he finds only about 60% needs some form of adjustment.

How soon to bring a newborn?  As soon as is convenient.  Dr. Forbess has examined infants as early as several hours after delivery.  Most parents bring them in during the first few weeks.

Is it safe?  Chiropractic has been used with children for over a hundred years.  Chiropractic care enjoys the lowest malpractice rates, as a result of its safeness.  Chiropractic care is safer than medical care.
